What a great company! From first enquiry til the job was complete. I had my hall and stairs done and i could not be happier. Great price for a really personal service. This is rare nowadays. After having some disappointments on things like 'trust a trader' in the past, this was a breath of fresh air. Best carpet and flooring company in Suffolk.

I've recently used Eric Dines to replace my kitchen/hall flooring with some luxury vinyl tiles and they were absolutely fantastic. The team were incredibly responsive to all calls/emails and were professional at all times. We received three quotes from local companies (all for the exact same product) - not only were Eric Dines the most cost effective option but they made it clear that they were happy to go the extra mile to ensure we had the result that we wanted. The team were extremely quick and I'm thrilled with the overall result of the floor. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

We have used Eric Dines contract flooring for several years now in various houses, and can’t recommend them enough. Every member of staff are professional, on time and excellent at their job. Our last project was by far the largest and took a week to complete. Kieran managed to lay the whole ground floor Perfectly whilst juggling 4 dogs running around everywhere, shutting them off in different areas as he worked. What could have been a bit of a nightmare turned out to be no problem at all.We are very happy with the results.

Fantastic service, with a home visit for measurements, then sensible advice in-store on colours and styles of carpet. Very friendly and professional fitting service, treated my house with utter respect ensuring it was tidy upon completion. Faultless service and would recommend them to anyone.

Can't praise these guys highly enough. Mathew advised and helped us pick the right carpet for our needs (stairs and landing) and the fitter, Phil did a fab job on the day. We were so pleased we got them back to do a bedroom, and a vinyl for the bathroom. We were also pleasantly surprised at how competitively priced they were against the larger carpet companies. We will definitely use Eric Dines again in the new year for our new lounge carpet.
