Service form Milk and More has been good until two weeks ago when without any warning they stopped delivering to my 101 year old mother. However, they kept taking money through her direct debit which led me to believe that she was confused when she told me that she had run out of milk. Now when I try to ring the compnay there is a messgae on their phoine line saying that they are NOT taking calls!

Terrible service. Stopped using them when they started delivering the milk at 12/1am. By the time it's brought in and refrigerated at 7am it's already gone off in the summer!

Terrible. This depot clearly doesn't know how to communicate with their head office. Our milkman failed to deliver correctly on the first day. Then he wrote a snotty note telling us not to call the head office to complain. So many billing issues. Lost account then two accounts set up. Incorrect billing. They stopped our deliveries for no reason. Awful. We wanted to give local business a chance but I can buy the same product for less round the corner. Poor poor management and customer service.

From my experience I suggest you cancel any subscriptions to prevent them taking money for goods that are never delivered :( The company is falling apart, staff are unprofessional and even with escalation they can't complete something as simple as a refund!

If you have any other alternative provider please use them! Don’t use Milk and More! Their customer service is appalling and their call centre is overseas somewhere and they just go round in circles reading from a script. This week they didn’t make one of the deliveries (have a delivery 3 times a week) but they wouldn’t add it to the next delivery so we just had to go without. I wish we had a nice local milkman but there aren’t any who deliver here apart from Milk and More.
