Lisa at Absolute Pilates is amazing, very knowledgeable and attentive to what my body needs. Lisa is very good at explaining how to get into the right position and to stretch your body just that little bit more.I have been going for a couple years now and I definitely notice if I’ve had a few weeks off would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Abs Salut Pilates enough. Lisa has such extensive knowledge and I have progressed so much from being very weak to getting so much stronger after an illness. It always has a restorative effect on both my body and mind.

Fantastic studio which is very well equipped. I went to Lisa pre and post operation on my knee. This has helped me regain the strength needed. Very professional approach to her clients, I would recommend to anybody.

Lisa at Absolute Pilates really helps strengthen specific parts of your body. She is responsive and really experienced and always pushes you to do more. I love our sessions and feel much stronger as a result of them.
