Great service and treatment here from doctors. Really efficient answering the phones and I was able to get a same day appointment when phoning at 8am.

The worst GP ever!Never got a referral from them, 2 health issues that according Dr Anota were not important. Asked for private referral instead and for both situations had procedures involved, now being pregnant I need to be referred to a Specific Clinic in London, let’s see if GP will take people’s health seriously.

I’ve had to use the surgery twice in the past month - once for my daughter and once for myself. Both appts were booked for the same day without any issue - for one of the appts, I called at 12pm and had an appt by 3pm. Considering this surgery (and all surgeries) get such bad press, I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to see us. Both appts resulted in fast treatments/prescriptions, and the two practitioners we saw were friendly and didn’t rush us through. Really good service, at a time where the NHS is under a lot of strain so thanks to Taw Hill

Always had good service here. Sometimes you have to wait in a phone queue, but hey, they're busy as you'd expect. Staff always helpful and accommodating. For those moaning about repeat prescriptions - register and use the on-line facility, it's easy to register and takes two minutes to type out the request - simple! Have been going to this surgery for over 15 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you to all of the staff.

Moved to another area which was out of catchment area, we live in a small village and every surgery I contacted said out of catchment area ; I found something on the nhs website that said you don’t have to move surgery as you can register even if you work in the area , today my husband rang to get a repeat prescription “which he needs due to a double heart bypass “ was told he no longer has a surgery as they sent him a message on nhs app giving him 30 days notice !! This is ridiculous if only we could find a surgery more than happy to leave as they have no compassion , rude staff and should read up on the up to date policy

I had the best experience here yesterday. The lady who answered my call when I arrived was lovely, really helpful and directed me where to park. The clinician was also very nice and helpful! I got an appointment really quickly and I’m really impressed and thankful.

Only if I could give 0 stars!! Receptionist on duty today (28th November) rude and no care towards patients. Phoned in the morning to get an appointment for today, was told to call back at 1pm for afternoon appointments- was on phone from 1pm - got through 10 mins later to be told all the appointments have been taken and to call back again!!! Apauling!!

It's a shame there are no options for a 0 star rating.If you enjoy being fobbed off many times, register here.If you want to be misdiagnosed, register here.I wouldn't waste your time in registering.

I was impressed by the kindness of the receptionist and the nurse. They informed me in advance they will be slightly late and made sure the delay is not too long. The nurse was very friendly. It s been 5 years I'm registered in this practice and I truly think they have made great improvements especially on customer service.
