Excellent service. Dr Nabili explained everything clearly. He has a lovely manner and inspires confidence. I am well pleased with resultsAll hospital staff -,receptionists, admission, preparation, theatre and discharge nurses were all professional but also kind and reassuring . I have no regrets about attending here.

I am truly grateful to have been referred to such a kind and skillful consultant. Dr. Shahriar Nabili had my confidence upon our first meeting. And that confidence proved completely true during the actual surgical procedure. At each step, he carefully and gently explained what was happening and each next step. So peaceful was the surgery that I was surprised upon hearing that it was done!The team members each contributed to a positive experience. Clearly they were following the lead of Dr. Nabili.I was encouraged to call if I had any questions as the subsequent days passed and each question was answered by the team with kindness.Without hesitation I can recommend Dr Nabili and his team.

It’s daunting to trust someone enough to operate on the only eye that you have any vision in. I was given a very detailed outline of the risks of surgery enabling me to make a fully informed decision to progress or not as I have other underlying eye conditions. There was no pressure just clear information. Dr Nabili demonstrated a compassionate and person centred approach to my care and I left the initial appointment being driven home, unable to safely cross the road, read anything and with an increasingly restricted lifestyle. I decided to progress with surgery (cataract) 9 days later and today two weeks post -op I am legal to drive. I could not recommend this surgeon more. I was given a personal mobile number for any questions and he offered his arm to guide me to theatre as I had pre-op drops. Sometimes the small things speak volumes! I feel I have my life back and the world is now in glorious technicolour, thank you does not seem enough.

Following an examination at local eyes in Stonehouse it was recommended that I needed cataract surgery as driving would be borderline in 6/9 months.I was given details of Dr Nabili at Rosshall hospital and following an initial consultation I had surgery on both eyes .Due to eye operations at an early age my eyes are very sensitive..Dr Nabili and the staff reassured me during both procedures.What an amazing transformation in my vision..the world has come alive!!Many thanks to the Dr and staff at Rosshall.Graham Curtis.

On the 7th and 14th of August 2023 Dr Shahriar Nabili performed cataract surgery on my right and left eye respectively. What a truly wonderful surgeon.....a gentleman and a scholar. I’m a 61 year old lady who has worn contact lenses for over 40 years. I was also in the early stages of developing cataracts. I had reached the stage that my vision was being compromised as my sight was changing & no suitable contact lenses were available. Dr Nabili was recommended to me by my optician. When I had my first consultation, he advised that I would be suitable for Refractive Lens Exchange Surgery but he would not agree a date for surgery until I had gone away & read over all that was involved in the surgery. This done, a few weeks later, surgery took place, with the other eye being operated on the following week.The whole process was painless and carefully explained throughout. Both Dr Nabili and every one of the staff I came into contact were extremely professional & genuinely caring. Dr Nabili also gave me his contact details & I was free to contact him if I so needed.The after care I received was fantastic as well. I can honestly say that the whole process has completely changed my life, I now have gone from being extremely short sighted to having almost 20:20 vision! Perhaps only using easy readers for very small print! Dr Nabili is a very nice man and all the staff at Ross Hall have been amazing.
