Over a number of years I have found that Alfasoft is a very responsive and friendly company. Dealing with them on matters Mathcad has been so much easier than dealing directly with PTC - 10x easier in fact. A request for a new licence file gets actioned on the same day , updates are provided in a timely manner and invoicing is straight forward. All in all one of the most helpful software companies.

Since Alfasoft took over the distribution of MathCad products I have had nothing but excellent service from them. Requests for license files have always been dealt with on the same day, usually in as one hour. Technical support is always available and any problems resolved very quickly. Highly recommended.
