Had my Roadie and MTB serviced by Rich. I have only good words to say about the service I receive and the vast knowledge Richie has about bikes. Great selection of accessories in the shop and will definately be ordering the little missus her bike from there. A must shop stop if you are serious about your cycling. Awesome!

Really impressed with Biklux. Had a secondhand bike that needed the gear's servicing. I tried and failed to change a gear cable on the grip shift before I sent it in and just made a mess of it. I was so relieved when these guys had a slot right away and got the bike working like a gem. Really good value and brilliant service. Newbury is so lucky to have these guys.

Spoke to Morgan the owner at length over email about a bike advertised online, he assured me it was a 21 size. Travelled an hour and a half to come and collect

Fantastic, next day service! No waiting for three weeks for a slot! Ritchie knows his stuff, and got my eMTB back on the road the next day. Will definitely go back again. Authorised Bosch motor technician.

Very friendly atmosphere, I came in with a rear wheel for an ebike kit that needed a 7s casette and after knowledgeable adjustments with a spacer the casette was fitted at no extra cost under 5 minutes. The gentleman was happy to help even though it was almost closing time, sadly I did not remember to ask his name me being in a rush. Am very satsified with the service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for honest bike repair at a fair price.

I went to bike Lux because I was on a sponsored run from Henley to North Cornwall and my front hydraulic brakes failed (because Evans had not repaired them properly). The service I got was amazing and they fixed a few other thing that needed doing too. Fantastic, could not recommend them higher.

Excellent customer service recieved from Richie today! Came in to replace my cousin's bike inner tube and was able to deal with it there and then! Even quickly sorted a small gear issue whist fixing.Gave an honest appraisal of the bike too so we know what its value is worth and condition.If I ever own a bike I think I know where I'll be sending it for service now! Thanks!
