I got all my windows except one replaced by Gold Seal and I'm sorry to say I'm unhappy. Right from the get go the sales person said the original price of the windows is £14k but after discounts its £6k, which £14k is a ridiculous amount and I don't even know where they came up with that.I bit the bullet and went ahead with the purchade because I was promised I would feel a difference between the old windows and the new ones. Unfortunately there is no difference. Also shortly after getting the windows installed I had to get someone to come out because there was a draft coming into the living room, this turned out to be missing silicone on the exterior. I contacted the business about this but got told the windows have the highest rating and that was that. I feel like I've just wasted £6k which I took out a loan for. Only way to make this bearable is if I got atleast some of the money back. The only two positive things were the staff were nice and 10 year guarantee.I would recommend going elsewhere and not paying way more for windows that dont make a difference.

Gold Seal Windows was recommended to me by another company. The whole process was professional from start to finish. Andy and Michael and their young apprentice did a fantastic job and left the place spotless. This is a very professional and trustworthy company and I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Thought this company was great as had no problem with windows until recently. Several weeks ago, the sash mechanism failed on one window and trying to get any help from this company to get this repaired has been a frustrating and futile exercise. I have told them that I accept I would be charged for this since the warranty expired in November 2019. However, despite several phone calls which left me waiting for 'someone to get back to me', and emails that have also been ignored I am no further forward. If this is what is considered to be 'good customer service' they need to have a serious rethink.

Just had 9 windows fitted by this Company and we are delighted! From start to finish Goldseal Glasgow have done a First Class job. The price was very competative compaired to some others who are way overpriced. The windows are of Excellent Quality and you won't be disappointed. Jordan and Gerry arrived bright and early and immediately engaged in discussion of where I wanted them to start. The guys were professional throughout and never stopped! All 9 windows were in and finished to a beautiful First Class Finish by the end of the day. The guys worked non stop and cleaned as they went along. Very little mess, and they had dust sheets throughout. We are highly Delighted with the Quality and Finish to our Windows and would have no hesitation in recommending Goldseal Glasgow to all our Family and Friends in the future! First Class GoldSeal Windows ScotlandI had windows and doors fitted to my Grannies house in May 2019, they were very clean and tidy and done a good job. The sales rep Derek was very friendly and not pushy when giving me the quote, unlike other companies slagging their competitors. I found Derek to be honest and professional at all times, I am now considering using Gold Seal again as I have moved in to a new house that requires new windows and doors. I had a Quote today from another company and the guy tried to slag this company which I pointed out I used Gold Seal in May and they were first Class. The only reason I am shopping about as I need 9 Windows and 4 Doors which is not cheap to do.First Class Gold Seal ScotlandThanks Peter

Had my windows replaced by GoldSeal Homecare about a month ago. Very impressed with the whole service the fitters (Michael and young Stewart) provided from start to finish. They left the place spotless when finished. Many thanks to the other engineer who came twice for the final touch ups. All were very professional and courteous. My new windows have made such a difference to my house. Will definitely recommend GoldSeal to friends and family.

Deciding on a double glazing company can be risky and a leap of faith. We decided to go with Goldseal in Glasgow, as we already have back and front doors (about 9 years old) supplied by them.We found them very professional throughout, with a professional but non-pushy salesman, skilled installers and very good back up staff (we even took up the offer of a tour of the factory). We have a lot of (large) windows and the installers worked for 2 full days with hardly a break, completing the job to an excellent standard. Even when a couple of snags/adjustments were subsequently reported, these were attended to in a very reasonable time.Would highly recommend for a quality job and piece of mind.

A very efficient, professional company. Gerry/ Jordan arrived on time, worked hard were polite and cleaned everything away. Ken arrived today to adjust the locks and he also was very helpful.I would recommend this company.. prices are going rate.

Had a new Front door fitted by Gold seal and cannot fault the service from start to finish everything was outstanding. would highly recommend.
