Redburn Groundworks + Civils

Damaged our fence doing roadworks over a month ago - cannot get hold of director Trevor who agreed to fix after surveying. Numerous agreed dates via receptionist for fix with no shows. Finally got hold of director's contact from receptionist. Trevor hasn't answered my calls or texts. Got through today from withheld number - he cancelled the call when I gave my details and now won't respond. Quite strage behaviour after having accepted responsibility via email, agreed fix and advising of multiple dates for repair.

Happy with the quality and end result of the driveway and fencing completed by Redburn. Quick turnaround and the the Minor issue we experienced was addressed and resolved.

Trevor and his team did a lovely job of creating our raised porcelain patio. He provided a lot of guidance and advice for the practical as well as style aspects. Drainage was a key issue in our garden as we are on a slope so this was carefully planned into the design. Overall his team were very quick and efficient, the quality of workmanship can’t be faulted and we are very happy with the end result.

We're so happy with our new patio! It looks amazing, and we can't wait to start using it during the Summer months.Trevor and his team did a great job. The indian stone slabs that we wanted were out of stock almost everywhere, and Trevor went above and beyond to ensure we got them.Our garden is also on a slope, and the team worked with us to create a design that would look good and function well. They were very efficient, highly recommend.

We have just had our garden completely landscaped by Trevor and the team at Redburn Groundworks & Landscaping Ltd. We are extremely happy with the outcome and the lads were brilliant. Highly recommend!!We had a rough idea about what we wanted our garden to look like but Trevor was able to provide expert advice and work with our ideas to plan the garden. Redburn G+L's method of how to lay Italian porcelain tiles and artificial turf matched the research we had previously done and even got a carpet fitter to lay the turf which looks great.The team completed the job to a very high standard, worked tirelessly and were reliable even in terrible weather conditions. Overall, extremely pleased Redburn G+L have been able to create our ideal garden!

Did not use the business personally but our entire estate was unfortunate enough to. Told virgin media were doing works in our road which no one asked for or wanted. This group of cowboys were given the contract. 4 weeks later they are still here as they mysteriously disappeared for 2 weeks when the work was half done and no one could use the roads. Incredibly rude workforce. Will usually see them driving down roads on mobile phones, sat around for 4 hours at a time not achieving anything and using shovels to ensure that vehicles are balanced as a footing is missing - ie breaking numerous health and safety and criminal laws

We contracted Redburn to landscape our garden, creating a new grass area as well as paving to go with it.We had very poor drainage in our existing garden which led to many other companies deciding not to quote as the job looked too big for them. Trevor and the guys at Redburn stepped in and were extremely knowledgeable about how best to approach the problem and were determined to make sure the job was done properly and a permanent high quality solution was put in place.The team was professional from the first to the last day and even came round at the end of the job jet washing and cleaning everything to ensure the site was left pristine.We're blown away with the final result both in terms of the look and long term viability. We don't have a swamp in our back garden anymore!! :)
