Excellent. Reliable, friendly and prompt. Sorted the problem in minutes. Charged a fraction of a BT call out charge. I can’t recommend highly enough. Would be first point of call for telephone or broadband problems. Thank you

“Had a very crackly line. Rang BT and after about 20 minutes spoke to 2 very nice but completely useless call centre guys, who said the line was OK and I need to get it fixed my end. Rang Bill at XBT who came the next day. Turned out the line was faulty outside after all. He rang BT for me and arranged an appointment (had to do the usual security checks) 10 mins to find the fault 35 minutes calling BT. Very Happy.
