Very friendly and welcoming staff. Sadly we lost our gerbil but staff were very sympathetic and we received a card and forget me not seeds in the post.

Phoned the vet to know about the prices of some services they offer and the receptionist didn't want to give me the info I asked. The lady said they are not allowed since I am not registered with them, however I previously phoned other vet facilities which were more than happy to give the info I wanted. Surely won't register with them!
