Great salespeople, super helpful and gave me samples

My daughter and I visited Jo Malone in Fenwick’s on her birthday and had the most wonderful experience with the lovely Rosie.We both had a hand and arm massage with fragrances carefully selected by Rosie based on our Jo Malone favourites. We both discovered some new scents that we really loved!Rosie was a great host (some fizz during the experience made it extra special) and it was lovely that she was teaching new member of staff Sarah too.Thanks Rosie, you’re the best! xx
