I booked accessible tickets to see rancid, the staff ensured everything went smoothly getting into the venue and making sure people weren't blocking access to the accessible area. There's a lift up to the viewing platform it's also fully wheelchair friendly and you still get a great view of the stage. They also have fully accessible toilets. The staff couldn't have been more polite and friendly.

Great gig venue. Expensive drinks but not unusual when at a gig. I wouldn't recommend if you have mobility issues though. I really struggled standing for a long time but great acoustics and brilliant gig.

Nice place for a concert of about 5000 people. Went to see Davido and it was amazing. Drinks are on the expensive side but bar staff are nice and friendly. They also sell some snacks at the bar and sometimes the venue has hot food too. There is an upstairs area with seats, normally used for VIP/accessibility tickets but not always exclusive to those tickets. Standing area has some air conditioning however during performances it doesnt seem to make much of a difference as you end up sweating in the huge crowds anyway.

Great venue for medium sized concerts/gigs. Holds roughly 3500 people. Lights and sound quality is great however as its an inside venue be prepared for it to get extremely hot! Bring water to big events :)

The gig was fantastic #The ReytonsBut thanks to poor management of getting people inside , we queued for an hour in a cattle market fencing and then 4 kids as security bag checking and metal scanning which is fine but we missed the support acts. Put more entry staff on as I like many in the line were annoyed

I read the reviews and was genuinely dreading going.Yes, gaining entry is fun like Alton Towers, but the staff were good overall even if the entry area wasn't.Toilets were plentifulBar queues were well managed. Prices were disgusting, so I didn't bother buying anything.The main area was good. The sound was good.Enjoyed the evening.Improve the entrance and get a grip of the drinks prices, and the place would be 5/5.

It is a good venue to host a show. The bar space is very nice. The bathrooms are cute and fresh. This was a sold out event and it wasn't overly hot in there. They can work on the accessible platform as it's unsafe, plenty of people were jumping over the barriers to get a better view of the stage.

Brilliant experience. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Due to an injury, my friend required help with accessibility at the last minute. Our emails were answered quickly and were helpful. Changes were made for us, we could get priority entry. Bathrooms were very clean and well kept on the balcony. Very impressed!

Spacious venue with an urban interior! Great place for gigs.Air-conditioned. Extra security checks at the entrance, a very safe space. Plenty of clean toilets, short queues.Far from the city centre, around a 10-minute walking distance to the nearest tram and bus stop. Plenty of space to love around. Air conditioning so it doesn't get too hot. Plenty of toilets, plenty of bars. Only downside you have to find else where to park as there is none available next to the venue
