The Mount At Wasing
Lovely venue. It was a lovely place for a gig to sit on the mount in between the grasses listening to the bands. However it is quite hard to see in places due to the layout of the stage and sound shed. Everyone was crammed one side of the field as you could see the stage this side.Food trucks didn't have many vegan or veggie options but they did have several icecream flavours which were amazing. Free water was great too and no real queues for the loos. Was a good gig, we really enjoyed it. It was the venues first real week of concerts so they are still ironing out all the kinks but can see real potential. Staff were really friendly and everyone looked like they were having a good time.

Beautiful setting. Could do with better signage. More bars and food options. Also needs shuttle or something to the station. Only option to get there and back is to drive or get a cab. Doesn't really work with their connect to nature" mantra advertised."

The Mount At Wasing
Nice woodland surroundings, got in and out of the car park easy enough. Seen some reviews saying long waits for food but didn't have a problem on the Primal Scream night. Natural slope of the venue means you get a pretty good view wherever you stand. Beers were on the pricey side.

Nice venue in the middle of nowhere. Wasing Park is gorgeous. They chose a really nice place to put the stage with a hill right behind. Parking needs some better organization. The food area really needed help as it was a nightmare to figure out which lines went where. Fix that and the venue is great. Must be green certified cause the toilets are saw dust and troughs for the dudes.

Beautiful evening, camping and summer solstice at The Mount, Wasing. Saw the moon rise as Xavier Rudd sang to us, we danced under the stars amongst the daisies and flanked by stunning towering trees. So special to be nestled in a clearing in the wood, the music soaring with perfect acoustics all the way up the mount. These who wanted to be in the thick of it could be right by the stage, others could lie under the stars further up away from the crowds. It is such a special place, attracting lovely peaceful folk who love to gently party. Came away feeling replenished and smiling, topped up with tunes and beats. Great attention to sustainability - with reusable ( refundable) solid plastic glasses, delicious food and mock tails.

8/10Pros: Well organised on site, stunning setting with walk through woods to venue. Well laid out, VIP area was great and not overly full of people, very chilled atmosphere. Managed to get a good spot, Ben Howard was awesome. We left just as he was finishing last song, got off site back easily enough.Cons: We didn't think it through well enough, ie should have taken blanket to sit on. Temperature did drop a bit so it was chilly. They need to make money I get it, but drinks were very expensive. £32 for a bottle of not very nice red wine.Summary: We really enjoyed it, hope they put it on next year with another artist we like, get there earlier to enjoy the day a bit more, be more organised.

The Mount is a great summer venue, we went to watch Sigur Rós, who played a beautiful gig. There's a lovley woodland walk to the stage. We were treated to a stunning sunset just as the band started to play. Food and drink available was great but very expensive, the main downside at the venue was the plastic cup return scheme, where you get a £1 for each cup you return at the end of the night, it didn't seem very well organised with a big queue after the gig. Overall the event was very eco-friendly with recyclable cutlery and composting toilets. A great set up for disabled visitors too, who get an excellent view positioned above the sound desk. Parking was well organised and hassle free, a bit of queuing when leaving but to be expected. All-in-all a great gig venue, and a great gig.

So came here to see Ben Howard. Very big estate. Cool venue to see Ben - parked in accessible parking which is located behind the stage area. Was on accessible platform which had a good view of the stage. There were queues for everything here which I guess is to be expected. I think they could get more catering points here to make it better. The drinks were very expensive here so watch out - £12 for a pint of beer or cider! Would be better if you could bring your own drinks/food as so expensive. If you can eat before you come then will save yourself a heck of a lot of time and money. The experience of the place is cool though to see live music.

A venue that is really great on the eye and creates a unique vibe for a music venue. It’s earlier days and there a quite a few things that I believe could be taken on board to improve. While the space is big, to actually see the stage is quite difficult, this is due to the sound engineers booth - maybe repositioning or changing the height of the tent over it and getting more food and drink stools to help with the queues. Great potential looking forward to seeing what can be improved for next year
