Whitstable Hearing
Whitstable Hearing gave me a fantastic service.I popped in as I thought I had some ear wax. I saw Adam who diagnosed me with a virus which was affecting my ear and potentially damaging my hearing. Adam calmly explained what he had found, wrote a letter to the hospital and sent me off to casualty for a course of emergency steroids. There I saw a ET doctor who praised Adam for his swift action.Adam’s knowledge, professionalism and fast action has possibly saved any long term damage to my hearing. I highly recommend Whitstable hearing.

Whitstable Hearing
Adam was very professional in caring for our 95yr old Aunt today.He effectively gave her her hearing back after the appointment. She thought she would never hear again after her slight stroke. But as her ears were blocked with Wax, Adam carefully had them both cleared. The Smiles all round no more shouting hoarse throats from family and friends after visiting her!Thank you Adam, 5 Stars from us!

Fantastic experience bringing my son here. He has been struggling for years and no amount of ear drops from the GP were going to help him. The process was quick and easy and Adam was able to identify that my son needed some medication also (back to the GP to show we were right all along) and then a quick follow up appointment with Adam helped clear it all up. My son is now happy and feeling so much better. Thanks guys, I’d have given more than 5 stars if it were possible :)

Visited today with my Mum for a reassessment of her hearing. Can't praise too highly. Very accessible for parking and inside, friendly and welcoming reception. Adam, the audiologist listened so carefully to understand my Mum's needs, testing was thorough and really clear explanations given. His priority was to find the best individual solution and no sales pressure" whatsoever. All options and potential costs fully explained. Mum was really happy with the experience

Very professional, tasteful premises and very pleasant receptionist (Holly)At this point in time only given 3 stars as only had ear wax removal and ear spray for infection. Will be returning in a week for further treatment so well on the way to 5 stars.

I booked a hearing test with Whitstable Hearing as I had started to suffer with Tinnitus and wanted to see if it could be helped at all. Adam carefully explained the tests he was going to carry out before we started which was very reassuring. I was surprised how quiet it was in the consulting room as it's right next to the sea and there are currently road works around the corner. The whole process took about an hour and when we had finished Adam explained the results to me and the way forward which was appreciated

Friendly, efficient and professional. If I hadn't gone to see Adam I would have been carrying on with inappropriate treatment which could have caused more damage. He was able to email any imaging to me which I could then share with my GP. The clinic is modern and spacious and plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend for a range of ear issues.

I was greeted by Holly, who was very friendly and we had a lovely chat before my appointment. Adam examined my ears, taking photos and proceeded to clear the wax that had built up. He then took photos again and I could see my ears were clear of wax. He gave me a printed copy of my hearing check for my audiologist and advised me to purchase a spray to eliminate any congestion remaining, following a recent viral infection. I enjoyed my visit to Whitstable Hearing and would highly recommend this service. Thank you Holly and Adam

So very happy with the exceptional hearing testing which was given. Very pleasant surroundings and the audiologist was was friendly and helpful. No pressure to accept his findings but speaking to you as a person and not another patient as so often shown elsewhere. Very satisfied will leave further reviews as to further care I sure I will be given. No pressure to purchase any product but everything explained to you and any questions answered. More reviews as to my progress with this hearing clinic and the service they provide in a very friendly and relaxing environment. 10/10
