Professional, friendly and very good at what they do!

We asked Zander (Studio Zed) to assist in the planning application for our single storey extension. He visited the site, went away and came up with different options/drawings in how we could best utilise the planned space. We went with one of his designs and he produced the drawings/plans/took care of the local authority submissions. His colleague produced the structural requirements. Our building contractors are now able to follow Zander's drawings and notes. This has allowed me to step back and leave it to the professionals, the whole process has been very smooth.Zander is very polite, professional, and always available. It has taken away the headache of having to deal with the council planning dept.
