I would not listen to any bad reviews given my experience and would happily return and purchase a further car from ESP cars. Fantastic customer service, I recently brought a BMW 2 series from ESP cars. Steve in sales was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and gave no pressure for the sale. All the way through the purchase Steve kept me update with the agreed works whilst the car was being prepared ready for collection. On collecting the car I noticed a couple of further points that Steve and Matt his manager were more than happy to resolve however they needed the car back for two days which I was happy to do as a free courtesy car was made available. A few days later my car was ready to collect. I did not see Matt or Steve however the few minor points i had noticed were all resolved. Later that evening Matt called to ensure i was satisfied with the work carried out on my vehicle. Thanks Again

I recently purchased my car from ESP. All of the sales team were fantastic. Particularly Steve and Matt who were prompt in all communications and made the purchase a really pleasant experience. I have had a few issues with the vehicle post purchase but the team have been excellent at fitting me in and sorting these issues under the warranty with no fuss at all.

We purchased a 2021 BMW 520d Touring from ESP Cars. Great car and friendly service throughout. Found a little bit of extra damage which we missed when valuing our Part-ex and they worked with us on the price. I could not fault them and would highly recommend them.

We travelled a long way to look at this particular car and were pleased to have Dan meet us and tell us everything we needed to know. He was really patient whilst we made our decision, encouraged us to test drive the vehicle but most importantly was not your normal pushy car salesman. He was friendly and good humoured and made the whole experience efficient and totally stress free. When we collected the car a few days later, the little touch up jobs we’d requested were completed to the highest standard and we are delighted with the car. Certainly requires significant improvements in customer service! Despite investing over 36k in a 3-year-old vehicle, I was disappointed to discover that the ambient lighting was not working. The explanation provided was far from satisfactory(we did not switch the lighting to test), as they had illuminated all the car lights for photos and videos.In response, I undertook a journey of more than 100 miles to return to the garage. To add to the frustration, only to experience the warning light issue again shortly on my way back home, the door handle light was also faulty. This raises serious concerns about the workshop's inspection procedures. Such instances make me question the reliability of purchasing from this dealership, as it seems like quite a gamble.The most disheartening revelation came when Audi conducted an inspection, revealing that the car had previously been in an accident, leading to a bumper repaint. Astonishingly, this crucial information had been withheld from me.Perhaps the only aspect in which the staff was always avoiding written acknowledgments of responsibility or commitments, limiting those interactions to phone conversations.Up to this point, I have not received any reimbursement for the costs incurred in terms of fuel and time. A mere apology, which holds no value, has been the extent of their response.

Really nice showroom, plenty of good quality cars. Dan was excellent, not push and no hard sale, listened to my requirements and advised accordingly. Very happy with my Q5. Would highly recommend ESP Cars

Very easy and simple way to buy a car, spoke to Dan, who was very knowledgeable about the car and talked me through the process of buy and exchanging my car. They gave a valuation of my car within 30 mins and the deal was done. Great experience.
