Insomnia Cookies
Cheaper than Millie’s, and open late so is an absolute god send for hungry late night hospitality workers like myself. Girl that served me was such a lovely and sweet person, great service! (It was around 11pm on a Wednesday, and she had blonde hair at the time, if that helps identify her.) The cookie was amazing, melt in the mouth good. Amazing service, and delicious cookies at a price that’s fairly reasonable. Loved it!

Very simple concept of you can have cookies and/or ice cream. Personally if you are selling cookies with ice cream, both should be mixed up.. the cookies were hot and soft at the beginning but it was quite dry and floury to eat, probably because it’s been sitting in the heated oven for a while. Ice cream isn’t the best quality either so overall the experience was quite disappointing.

I would like to say thank you to the wonderful lady, who was on her own on last Sunday night and she was very friendly and cheerful and got everyone sorted when she had the shop full, was first time experience with my son in the shop, and it was lovely and great, the service was amazing and the food was amazing especially the milkshake.and tonight I ordered delivery from them, I'm impressed again by the great service and the quick and very friendly delivery driver. Definitely recommend and definitely will be ordering again.

I was served by a lovely lady with pink glasses and a welsh accent! She explained all the options to me with all possibilities! I didn’t understand the store when I first came in but she was very attentive, explained all the bits and pieces! It was a very lovely interaction. We had a triple chocolate and a milkshake. Thank you very much.

I’ve had two dairy-free ones (Vegan Chocolate Chunk & Vegan Hazelnut Chocolate Chunk), and both have been- in a word- gorgeous.Warm, gooey, crumbly…everything you could hope for in a reasonably-sized cookie. However, they do lean toward the expensive side of sweet treats.Insomnia’s USP is that they’re open until the early hours, but I’m yet to go in the dead of night!

Omg!! This place was insane! Tried whilst visiting a friend in Manchester. So gutted I don’t live closer. The cookies were to die for, crumbly, warm, gooey and not too sickly, better than a Millie’s which are my usual fave. Slightly on the pricier side at nearly £3 a cookie but was a real treat and stayed open really late, friendly staff and service too! Will visit again! Found my new sweet spot in Manchester.

This little cookie shop it's amazing, love, love the caramel and chocolate cookie best thing I've ever tasted in a cookie. Staff were exceptionally friendly and lovely to speak to. The woman with the black and purple hair helped me pick the best cookies!!!! She was very lovely to speak to about what ingredients are used in each cookie!!! Easy 5 star place!!!!

Nowhere is open in downtown Manchester late at night.It's h as to find a McDonald's or burger king. But this place is open to 3am at the weekend. Ice-cream, milkshakes, cookies what's not to like. Stay are friendly and fun.

Cookies are amazing and are served warm :)! The service is also spectacular, because they gave me a free cookie whilst I was waiting (it was quite busy in the store during the time). I'd like to thank the three girls serving at the front! I'm unsure how to spell their names, but there was one with glasses, one with cute star hair clips and another with highlights in her hair. Lovely girls and will come again.
