Absolutely shocking experience. Waited over 20+ minutes for a Frappe and had to go up to chase it up and still had to wait further. The store needs to do a lot better if it's gonna survive this area.-Update: Order arrived after 24m of waiting thanks to the owner stepping in and pushing to get the coffee out. Whilst appreciated it doesn't change the fact sadly. Saw a lot of other people waiting a long time, around 15 minutes for theirs too which is too long for a coffee. Something very wrong with the staff and how they're serving at this spot I think

Great new store and a nice size too with plenty of seating indoors. Very busy because it had only just had a grand opening a few days ago but there was a friendly efficient team on hand. As expected, plenty of great donuts to choose from

I bought a caramel frappe which was awful and a female worker told me I could use the toilet when 2 male workers told me the toilet closes at 7 (3 hours before the store closes) when I asked why they replied it’s just closed. They were rude and hostile as if I didn’t deserve an explanation as to why I could use the toilet after being a paying customer. I don’t appreciate the classless service displayed by this store.

I had this lovely cup of coffee with amazing customer service.I had a conversation with Mohamad, and he was a friendly boss who was welcoming me, and he helped me with uploading the app to get 25% student discount. Thank you so much.Mohamad was a great boss, and I can say that this nice behavior reflects on his employees. They were friendly and delivering the service with a wonderful smile.Thank you all for the nice experience, I will be coming here always for sure.

There is nothing wrong with the quality of the food or the staff. I believe it is silly to have to use screens instead of speaking to someone, especially if the place is empty but ,OK, that is how they operate. They could make the menu simpler for older people. The reason why I gave 2 stars is because I find the behaviour of the owner (or manager) appalling. He is rude to his staff, scrutunizing their every move and, even though there are customers in front of him, he will go on and on about how many bottles of coke there are in the fridge, where the napkins should go, what shape the donoughts make etc. Honestly. Nobody cares as long it is clean, tidy and fresh. Let them do their job. It is REALLY unpleasant to start off like this and, to be honest, having experienced this behaviour myself, I would think twice before going in as I feel very upset every morning for the people who work there. Please treat your staff with respect.

I visited this place to grab my free ice cold coffee and paid a box of donuts for home. The donuts are very big and you can choose various donuts. Also the price is a bit expensive but the first time is always nice to try, something that opened. I would recommend

I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin' Donuts, and I want to give a big shoutout to Mohamed for his outstanding customer service. Mohamed went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable. His friendly demeanor and efficiency in taking my order and making recommendations truly stood out. I believe he deserves more recognition for the exceptional service he provides. Thank you, Mohamed, and thank you, Dunkin' Donuts, for having such a dedicated team member. I'll definitely be coming back for more delicious treats and exceptional service.

I must say, for a chain cafe/donut shop it is quite small and cozy". Very god heated baguette and coffee plus donuts there. Quick breakfast
