Amazing customer service from everyone

To the manager of this store: I have to criticise the male staff with dreadlocks (if my memory serves me correctly) I met in this store between 3pm and 4pm yesterday (18/12/2022). and he was standing behind the counter along with a lady staff. When I asked him if a small-size coat is available. He said no in a very rude and direct manner without saying other things. And he stared at me all the time also in a rude way when I was in this store. But after a while when I asked the lady staff instead, she showed me the smaller size very quickly and she was very kind. I think the male staff is definitely a racist as he thinks I'm an Asian so he can use that attitude to me. Can you store lay off this male staff?!

Bec greeted me and was very attentive and helpful. Got exactly what was required efficiently and had a pleasant experience. Found consolation in my endeavour and experience at Carhartt work and progress. Thank you everyone.

Horrible male staff they don’t even answer your questions, I felt like I am the seller and they are my customers. Just buy online, don’t waste your time here.

Came in today midway through a bit of retail therapy. Helped by two staff members (Bec? and a lad about 6ft, blonde hair) who were friendly and helped recommend things that suited my style. Came away with a hoody and some denim cargos really happy. Helpful staff and lovely clothes (as always!)

The girl looked at what I was wearing before entering the fitting room (I had my own Carhartt sweater and pants on me) and asked how many items I would bring to the fitting room (2 pairs of pants). I bought £174 worth of stuff, everyone is happy :). I planned to buy more, but unfortunately the store does not sell XXL sweaters :)

wow! I can’t really put into words how great this service was, but let me try. I was met at the door by Bec, very kind and attentive, and they showed me exactly what I wanted. Trousers were great, but the service really topped everything! Will come again, tee hee

Friendly staff but maybe needs a few more T-shirts.
