Really disappointed, booked an appointment just to be called and told the hot stone machine was broken so just changed to a regular massage which was no issue then was called about 45 mins later to be told they were cancelling the appointment as the girl doing the treatment went home….First time booking with this place and it seems to be really badly managed and unprofessional. Even when I got the phone calls they were very vague as if the person wasn’t sure what was going on, possibly a new staff member? Have had the appointment cancelled so I will wait and see if I get my deposit back, god knows how long that will take.I don’t know if I got this place on a bad day or something?

Thanks Anna for the wonderful new hair colour and look. You did a wonderful job. I would use this salon again. Also had eyebrows eye lashes waxed and trimmed Job well done. Highly recommended .
