Broke down earlier today and they recovered me To there yard, diagnostics to resume Monday but great bunch of guys

Terrible experience - Had an MOT and service done which resulted in nearly £500 worth of work. I thought nothing of this as it's an older car (albeit low mileage) so took the hit. The problem came when picking the car up, as they close at 4pm, and won't budge on this, it's an absolute nightmare if you work 9-5. We then had a major electrical fault, so took it round on a Saturday morning, they ended up changing a load of parts and it still didn't work, communication was terrible at this point (so bad that we didn't know we owed them £300 until it was too late!). We are still not sure whether this was actually necessary as when we took it to an auto electrician they diagnosed the problem quickly, it was actually a completely different issue and cost us half what they had charged.
