We were asked if we would like help but weren't hassled, the staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions without pushing us to go for the most expensive thing, which made the answers seem fair and true. We have used united before and will definitely do again.

It's a shame, we had our last house recarpeted by these and the prices were great. Unfortunately the last visit (yes I get they were extremely busy) they didn't even want to acknowledge us or answer our query, all we got was we haven't got anything for at least a week and no fitters for at least 2 and walked away. That wasn't even what we were wanting to ask. So unfortunately we went elsewhere. Needs to reconsider customer service

Very helpful staff. Not easy to locate the place as the entrance is shared by a mechanical company. But worth a visit.
