Just received my Covid jab and really glad that I chose Halls the Chemist, Orton Wistow as the place to go. All involved were extremely professional, from help parking your car, registration and to finally sitting down and receiving the said vaccination. Well done especially to Samira and Jacqui for making it a pleasant and painless experience for me. Thank you both very much and see you in May for the 2nd dose.

Vaccination centre - first time here. I was extremely impressed by the organised structure and system of the vaccination program. Staff were very clear with their instructions, all were polite and friendly. Big thank you to Sue Barker who made me feel at ease, making the trip to the vaccination cubicle an uncomplicated one. And to Sanjay, who was so quick and accurate with his injection technique that I fully trusted him and my anxiety was gone by the time the needle was out.

Visited for a walk in covid booster after a not so great experience trying to get one at Queensgate. The staff were absolutely amazing! I am so grateful for their kindness

Rarely open small chemist. Closed weekends, closes at lunch time, closes early in the day. As someone on repeat prescription and working it’s so difficult to get meds on time so having to change pharmacy to somewhere more reliable. . When it is open, it is never shorter than 10 minute wait. Service is very slow

Not a good chemist to be honest. Absolutely tiny range of products, don't expect any choice. Prescriptions take a long time to fulfil. And they don't open at weekends at all. And be aware they shut for an hour at lunch 1-2pm.In all, it felt like going back to the 1960s - use it as a last resort only.

Had my COVID jab there on Saturday just gone. Was very impressed with the service provided. Quick, efficient and professional. There was a lot of patients there, but everything was fast flowing and efficient.Well done!

Went for my first Covid vaccination. Extremely well organised from car parking to queuing and everyone was really friendly.
