They helped with an appeal against HMRC. They got me out of paying 4000 pounds of a very unfair fine.They also were super helpful in explaining everything about taxes that I didn't understand.All in all good experience.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had with an accountant- Took payment for over £400 then failed to acknowledge any correspondence for a week (5 emails) and said it had been due to an office flood (however most staff work remotely, so slightly perplexed by this justification) - Their Director, Anna demonstrated no level of professionalism and was frankly rude. Whilst trying to obtain my refund she told me she was busy and hung up. DO NOT USE!
