Ben is an absolute superstar! Got in touch with him to provide my grandmother with some tutoring with her mac due to my lack of time and boy did he deliver!! She has gone from not being able to surf the web to doing online shopping and receiving family photos via email in the space of just a handful of lessons. Highly recommend!

After buying a new PC we were having some problems connecting our printer, not a very old one, and printing out photographs, we contacted Ben and he came the same day. He was extremely helplful; it was not an easy task and he was successful in fixing the problem. We will have no hesitation in calling him again should we have any future difficulties. A very helpful and pleasant young man.

Ben arrived on time on the day of the appointment and was kind to keep me informed of his journey. He quickly understood the problem, fixed it and was kind enough to confirm the fibre broadband package that I currently buying was a good deal from a reliable provider. Ben Temple is the most amazing support on all things technical and I don’t know what I would do without his help with my computerI have called him out more than once at very short notice! I am an actor and over the past year or two, I have had to do self taping for castings and always at short notice! He is always gracious, very patient, caring and is becoming very good film director!
