Buying our home through Riverhomes was simple and hassle-free. Francis was friendly and extremely amenable with our requests to view the house several times. A few months down the line from our initial viewing we are now settling into our new home happily.

River homes (though its agent Ben Randall) turned our property around - having made previous attempts to sell our flat with other agents, when Ben came on board, he applied his naturally positive outlook and an attention to detail to selling the property whilst listening to our needs as customers. Everything about our experience with Riverhomes was exceptional.My husband and I were looking for houses on the river with mooring. We were cash buyers and wanted to move quickly. I called both River homes and another local agent specialising in houses with waterfronts. To my dismay the other agent came across as rather dismissive and rude. I got the feeling he didn’t believe that we were were serious buyers! But Francis from Riverhomes was the total opposite and delightful to deal with. From the moment he answered our call he understood our requirements and not only found us a beautiful house on the river but one with three moorings! The sellers had received an offer from another party but the wonderful Francis managed to persuade the sellers that we were serious buyers and could move quickly with the purchase.The sale was hindered along the way as there were probate issues but Francis kept us in the loop and supported us throughout the entire process. A good agency that I would recommend. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We bought a property through them and moving to exchange was a long process,, requiring considerable reversion to the sellers for furthr information.
