I love to work with the sales representatives at knights park. The purchase process was smooth and they were very knowledgeable and responsive to my various queries. It is a pleasure to deal with them compared to many other real estates professionals that I've dealt with so far.

I'm a chain buyer and they expect you to exchange contract in 8 weeks in their reservetion contract but they are kind enought to still give you 1-2 weeks after 8 weeks, before storngly pushing you to exchange contract ASAP. For chain buyers, you's better be prepared your sale must meet Athena's tight scheudle and get prepared to exchange contract as early as you have passed 28 days. I'm surprisingly lucky on the completion day, Athena's solicitor asked for signing a document on the completion day which is really unacceptable as they should have spotted this when my solicitor hand over documents one week before. My sale finished early and buyer of my property got my key at around noon, however Athena told me their system usually requires a few hours for the fund to arrive in their system, so I was waiting in their sales offcie till dark; I finally got the key at quarter to 4pm which is terrible reduculus. If you are moving out and in one the same day, I strongly recommend you to plan for temnperary accomodation for your family and ask your removal company to be able to standby for several hours before you can collect your keys.
