Was up sold to a more expensive car, which was fine, went through the application and passed but it took 3 to 4 days and the communication was very poor, then I got a message to say there were none of the car we wanted left at the dealer. Then to rub salt into the wound when I said I wanted to go elsewhere and asked them to remove the line of credit with the main leasing company they use I was told to contact them direct but given no phone number or contact details. I spent 1/2 an hour in hold to be told they had no record of me. Eventually I did manage to get it cancelled but found the service from this company really poor.

Great people, great service. Very happy to receive our new Audi. Special thanks to Blaal who was fantastic throughout the process and also ensured we received our much needed car during COVID-19 times (whilst all involved maintained social distancing of course!!).

Genuine peopleGenuine people, cheap as well.Thanks to Keith, Blaal and Gemma, whole team was very helpful.Car was delivered within 2-3 weeks, hassle free.Blaal was leading the case and He was so great, Keith was there when Blaal was unavailable.They were available every time I've called, as a business owner, communication is very important which was at the highest level.Any questions I had were answered within 24 hours (via e-mail).Would recommend to anyone that is looking to lease a car/van, I will be using Their service very soon again.Either a personal or business lease, great offers with great service.Cheers!

Awful company, avoid at all costs.Whatever you do avoid spending any money with this company, especially if they tell you, that you can reserve a car, to ensure you get the car you've seen even if your plans change". During Covid when times are difficult for everyone this company has found a way to survive by charging customer hand over foot even if you don't do business with them.They sold me the idea of putting down a "processing fee of £200" then as my plans could change they can reserve the car. Then as I recovered from the COVID vaccine they sent an email to collect "£1

I could not be happier about the service provided by All Car Leasing - particularly from Blaal, Keith and Lucia. We were under a time constraint but they kept me in the loop at every stage and were proactive in chasing third parties to help moving things along as quickly as they could. Having used other leasing companies in the past to compare it to, All Car Leasing are leagues ahead of others in terms of client care. I won't be going anywhere else, and wouldn't think twice about recommending them to friends and family.

We leased our present car through All Car Leasing, and that order went relatively well. However, despite at least 5, maybe 6, 'phone calls to pursue the possibility of a repeat, so far we have failed to receive a quotation, nor has Mr N Jones returned any of our calls, despite promises to do so. Unless this review produces something worth following up, we now wouldn't recommend All Car Leasing to any other customer.

STEER CLEAR! AVOID AT ALL COSTSThis company think it’s ok to misinform customers and hide behind the small print.I signed a maintenance plan on the information that I’ll need 2 services done on my 2 year lease, i discovered that was not the case when I called to book the first service and was told it’s one service for my contract term.I pleaded with the director, complaints manager even took it to the BVRLA and explained that I only agreed the maintenance based on the information that they have given me especially as the documents do not explicitly state the required number of services.The resolution they saw fit to resolve my complaint was to cancel the plan without refunding the previous 12 month contribution which wasn’t really a resolution in fact would have made me worse off.Initially the only proof I though I had was the recorded calls and when I mentioned this to the complaints manager she had the cheek to tell me not all calls are recorded! At that point I gave up on the matter albeit feeling very dejected, However weeks later I discovered an email from them confirming the same which I forwarded to them thinking that will surely resolve it for me, unfortunately I was wrong and they stood by the fact I signed the agreement!I was then advised by my local citizens advice that based on the evidence I had and the fact I signed the agreement with incorrect information given by an ambassador of their company, I can make a claim through the small claims court under the misinformation act 1967In summery do not submit to the poor service they provide, take it further speak to the citizens advice, small claims only costs £25 which you can get back when you win and they will only tell you to go down that route if they know you will win, as in my case. I will update you with the outcome after the hearing, cant wait to say “I told you so”.In the meantime I’m exposing them in every relevant forum I can find online in the hope prospect customers realise what they will be dealing with after they sign on the dotted line.They could have resolved it by refunding me my previous contribution but they would rather go down this road which tells you a lot about the company you are considering.Nobody expects them to be perfect, but one expects them to put it right when they make a mistake and unfortunately they have failed massively.
