I contacted RDR Estates with a view to having a survey completed on a property I was considering purchasing. From the initial phone call I found them extremely friendly , professional and helpful where nothing was too much trouble.The survey was carried out the day it was booked for and I received the report within a few days which really impressed me. It was produced in a clear and understanding would make sense to anybody that was reading it.I had a few questions and Dan was really accommodating with his advice and knowledge and I would have no hesitation in recommending RDR Estates.I have some other properties and have already appointed RDR Estates to take over the Letting Management of one of these as I felt they totally understood my needs and I was that impressed with their prompt and friendly service.

As a property owner looking to let do not use RDR Estates. My tenant left my property in an awful state and RDR did nothing about it despite the fact that I had paid for this service. They gave me the tenant's email address (I'm sure this is against data protection) and told me to bill the tenant myself for cleaning. When I emailed saying that I would like them to bill the client, because the contract he signed was with them and not with me directly, they failed to respond.When arranging a tenancy the agent from RDR lied to both me and my tenant about various things. They told me the inventory was included and then charged me for it. They also told my tenant that council tax was included even though it was made clear by me that it wasn't.

Conor was fantastic from my initial call with him for finding a property, all the way through to securing our new home! We are currently just waiting to move in but the whole process has been so easy and Conor has been kind, personable and patient throughout!Highly recommended by us. Thank you!

Dan from RDR undertook a building survey on a property for me. Got a very prompt response to my enquiry and clarification on the survey to be undertaken and the price. Had bit of wait for Dan to fit the inspection in to his schedule and a time convenient for the house owner but not a problem.Received very clear, well laid layout and comprehensive report on the property from Dan and all done at the agreed fixed price and with no extras.Very pleased with this service from Dan at RDR.
