The customer service I experienced at BOP Okehampton was second to none. All of the staff were enthusiastic, proactive and excellent communicators. They also worked incredibly well as a team which gives them that extra edge IMHO

The team down in the Okehampton branch were very helpful when I was looking to purchase my first property. I must say the person that stood out in particular was Elliot. We viewed a couple properties with him in his area, but after he knew what we were looking for, he pointed us in the direction of a property in a different area that another of Bond Oxborough’s office cover, arranged our viewing and negotiated the deal for us! He’s the goat.

Trying to think of the words to express how thankful I am for BOP is showing to be very difficult! I will never be able to thank them enough especially as I am someone who suffers with anxiety, not once did I feel anxious speaking with any of the team!From speaking with Elliot when he came to value the property, Adam when he took the photos, Jess showing us all the properties to make sure we found the perfect home for out little family and Elle guiding us through our sale, making sure we was making all the right decisions for our family and even after the sale continuing to support us through our purchase of our new home even though it wasn't through Bond Ox themselves!We were never made to feel a burden when asking multiple questions a day and overall we are just truly grateful and know exactly where to go if we decide to sell again!

Recently purchased a house where BOP where acting for the seller. Cannot fault them. Adam showed us around for both viewings and was friendly and professional. Elliot and Elle were always on hand to help answer any questions and deal with queries regarding the purchase and provided regular updates as to the progress. Special thanks to Elliot for working late so we could collect the keys on completion.

My husband and I recently contacted Bond Oxborough Phillips to arrange a viewing of a house we had seen on Rightmove. Jess made all the arrangements for the date and time we required. She dealt with this professionally and efficiently, her communications were excellent. She attended the viewing with us and was able to answer any questions we had. She turned up on time, gave us plenty of time and space to view but at the same time, was approachable and had knowledge of the property.
