As someone who can be critical of policing in recent times but also a believer in commending good work. I can't speak highly enough of the officers and legal representatives at Charles Cross Police station.Having spent 12 hours there throughout the day/night (I wasn't in custody) all the staff I encountered were extremely polite and met my needs. I saw officers and legal representatives use the judicial system creatively to find a solution to help 3 young men find their way.It's very reassuring to see professionals REALLY helping society and especially our kids in ways that go unseen.FIRST CLASS I don't say that often.

I had a slip through the door to contact the police and sat on hold for over an hour waiting for anybody to pick up 101 non urgency non emergency contact number.Sure the job centre picks up faster

Too be honest with you I've been arrested a couple of times but they handle me with care and they have also helped me in the past so to be honest with you they are just trying to do there job and if you can't cope with it why don't you try and be a police officer

They are professional, courteous, and treated me fairly.I think some of the reviewers on here need to cut them some slack! They're only doing their jobs, which I can imagine gets more difficult every year.

These guys do absolutely ZERO to protect woman and children and last week a 3 year old girl paid the ultimate price because of it each and everyone of you 'police offenders' should be ashamed of that I hope you get a good night's sleepSee you next Tuesdays

The entire staff members are professional, courteous, helpful and caring.They constantly offer food and drink and are genuinely caring and polite.I could not have been looked after better and they are a credit to the Police Service.
