Defender Pest Control

I have used the Defender team on a couple of occasions over the past year meeting both Tom & Liam. They are a really professional crew - smartly dressed in Defender attire always wearing footwear protectors when entering the house. They are very polite and really informative - telling you what they are doing and why. They always turn up when they say they will and also send a text to remind you that they will be with you in ‘next ten minutes’ I would recommend them without question ….1st class service.

Tom was quick to respond to our wasp nest problem; despite it being in a difficult-to-access place, Tom dealt with the wasp nest appropriately.He also guaranteed his work and stated he would return if further problems persisted with the wasp's nest, which is highly reassuring.Tom is professional and courteous, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to use his services.

I cannot recommend Defender Pest control highly enough! We discovered we had mice in our wall cavities and phoned after reading reviews. Tom came out that afternoon and was very clear about the 3 part treatment plan and the cost. He was so efficient and returned 2 more times to finish the treatment off and cemented any exterior holes up too. Absolutely brilliant service and a really fair price!

Tom is reliable, polite and very professional. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to explain the process required to get rid of the pest (in our case wasps in a vent). Tom provided a calm an reassuring presence throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and would certainly contact him again for future work.

DPS sent a text with their ETA prior to arriving, their customer service is exceptional. Tom was polite and considerate when accessing & working within our property, he wore overshoes and left his working area immaculate. Tom worked safely whilst in our loft space & on our roof, using the relevant safety equipment for his safety & ours too. He went went out of his way to complete extra checks around our home & gave professional advice on preventive measures that we could install for the future. I will definitely be recommending Defender Pest Control to family & friends.

We contacted Defender Pest Control when squirrels invaded our loft and refused to leave.We could not have received a better service. When all the squirrels were removed, Defender also blocked the gaps in the roof to stop the problem from recurring. The cost was very reasonable and we were also very impressed with Tom’s professional and caring attitude. All appointments made were confirmed there and then, all the visits made on schedule, but most importantly we had the reassurance that Defender’s help would be available until the problem was fully solved.Tom, Tom and Andy, thanks again, we can’t fault your service and we will not hesitate to strongly recommend you to anyone.

I had a problem with wasps in my loft but mostly on my roof. I messaged Defender Pest Control and Tom rang me back less than 5 minutes later (this was 7.30 pm). He agreed to come out the next morning. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in approx 15 mins.Tom is a true professional and I trusted him immediately. I will be passing his details on to me friends.The wasps have gone and I am really happy.
