Not good experience, waxing is too overpriced and didn't remove all hair! can't see the difference between professional and home DIY. If you only wanna do particular one area waxing, the price is showed as it was, but if you wanna change your mind add more areas, you'd better ask for the price first! Otherwise the price will suprise you: No package price or the small area discount , also I didn't check how it finished, after I back home, I found the hair was not been professionally removed, some areas just like shaved, not waxed.Also I had a 60 mins Thai massage, I didn't inform that Thai massage and Thai combination massage is not not different in the no oil/ with oil, also the difference in the price, if you prefer soft touch, here is not for you, the therapist is very stone hand.( Also I read the review here to know there was a PPE charge, and they still require for the shoe cover at the entrance, not sure whether it is still in charge)

Today I had a 1 hour hot stone massage with Clara and it was Bliss. Kalma spa is very clean and well presented, and I felt instantly at ease. Clara is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the body, and gave me some great tips to help my posture. Would highly recommend Kalma Spa to friends and family, or anyone looking for a relaxing, and affordable massage/spa treatment.

Another fantastic massage from my very skilled therapist. Cherie is fantastic.I’ve had a couple of deep tissue massages but noticed that your team can do BAMBOO massages.I would highly recommend a bamboo massage as it really does warm the muscles up which then allows your therapist to really work on the problem areas. Especially helpful for those who are weightlifters.This is my fourth visit and I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

I now have had a course of 6 massage and a few facials and it was an amazing experience all around. Feeling way better. The therapists really listen and try to cater for your needs as much as they can but honest is they cannot, which I really appreciated . Would most definitely recommend .

I've been going to Kalma Spa (and so has my family) for nearly a decade now for a variety of treatments - from massage to waxing. I've experienced all of the therapists and they are divinely talented. Not a single therapist disappoints. Luma's expertise has no bounds. I went in for a massage for a painful back recently. I suspected it was just sore as I had a baby 10 months ago and have been suffering with aches all over for a while now. Lucky me that Luma was available and her extensive knowledge led to an on the spot examination that found that my back is curved in all three areas - cervical, thoracic and lumbar. She embarked on a session promptly, to help relieve my pain and has since pointed me in the direction of the most amazing physiotherapist I've ever been treated by, and she's there every step of the way, treating me right alongside. She's a huge emotional support too. As a new mum trying to manage the physical demands of parenting on my now very different body post partum, with a pre existing condition to boot, I very much value her support. And the entire team are always so welcoming and friendly and supportive - they really root for their clients. Before I was recommended Kalma Spa I tried many different spas in London searching for the right expertise, the treatments that really make a difference to my wellbeing and people that care. I'm happy to say that I've not looked back since my first visit to Kalma Spa all those years ago - regardless of how far I've lived away from their location, I always travel the distance. They're extremely experienced, entirely effective and genuinely caring. I'm very grateful!
