Ordered a Turkey crown from this Butchers Christmas 2017. The guy who took the order over the phone was really lovey and so helpful. For years i have bought from either M&S and Waitrose. I have to say this Turkey crown from Ged Bell was the best we have ever had. Needless to say i will be re ordering from them again this year!

Forget Melton Mowbray for pork pies..these are quite simply the best you will ever eat. The pastry is light and crunchy....the filling...to die for... with no great globules of fat...Staff are super friendly and their meat (pork joint and leg of lamb) is superb..If you do go tell me.... I'll want to put in an order!!

The only problem with GED bell's is that once you try them nowhere else can match the quality. 1st sampled the pork pies. Various flavours all great then the sausages. The tomato ones cannot be compared. See the problem can't go anywhere else now but it's one addiction I am happy to keep

We discovered Ged’s butcher when we moved to the area in January . We have not been disappointed with anything, chicken, chicken kiev, sausages, pork pie, minced beef, braising steak, pork joint… we so tender & tasty, never any waste. Gammon this week we’ll be trying.

The Pork Pies are fantastic you will not find a better tasting one than this !Also bought Lamb kofkas and steak kebabs and huge Gammon steaks and black pudding all again top notchIf you are in the Rea pay them a visit you won't be disappointed!
