I’ve been coming to Kimico since 2015! And I’ve been a loyal costumer ever since! From when I lived in South Wimbledon, to when I moved to Wandsworth then Battersea and even Greenwich! I’ve been doing my nails with them for years. I will say hands down this is the only nail shop I have stuck to for years and I’ve been dedicated myself as a loyal customer. They always do my nails exactly how I want. The price is reasonable. They always stick to the same price and their service with me is always the same. They are always very welcoming and friendly. lol and even when I was unwell and healing from surgery they were great with me. They always when they can have 3 people doing my hands and feet at once. They are just amazing! Thank you for your service I will be returning soon!

Love this place, recently started going and I’ve had a great experience with both SNS manicure and gel pedicure.

Really bad customer service. I asked for my nails to be painted a neutral tone but not pink. The manicurist repeatedly kept telling me the colours she had chosen were not pink but I said I didn’t like them, I wanted more of a beige. She ignored me telling me I was wrong and kept painting them. When I told her again I didn’t like the colour she screamed at me telling me I was a difficult customer. I was mortified. They made me pay full price for a manicure I didn’t want. Awful experience. AWFUL.

I was extremely pleased with my nails the first time I went. This time it was another mail tech. He didn't understand the simple shape I wanted and when I got home I realised some of my nails on one hand are shorter than the nails on the other. Oh well, at least they'll grow and not the end of the world!

Absolutely delighted, I went on the recommendation of a friend, they were super friendly and attentive at all times, I am amazed at my nails and the hair removal with hot wax and threading. Totally sure that I will return.

Great team at Kimico. I usually have manicure and waxing. Very professional services, the team is amazing and very polite too. Great result every time. Highly recommended beauticians!

Great service, great staff. My daughter and I come here regularly and no matter who had done our nails they always look great. We always want a little design which they do no problem. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Great customer service.
