Great trainer, brilliant for rehabilitation, retraining, & starting young horses

Review by my wife who doesn’t have google account - I found the proprietor of this establishment to be a very poor instructor during the one session I had with her. She belittled, criticised and discouraged me. She reprimanded her stable hand in an humiliating manner in front of me for wasting some hay which I found quite upsetting. She talked non stop about herself which was rather boring and then had the audacity to say she didn’t want to work with me because we were polar opposites despite not asking me a single question about myself. The plan was that she would help me find a horse and get me up to speed with my riding and horse care. She then said she would not support me with the horse I found which she said I wouldn’t be able to cope with. I have since gone on to buy two horses, one far more challenging than the one she said I wouldn’t cope with. I am having the time of my life and I love every minute of the time I spend riding and caring for my horses. When I look back I am so cross that she nearly caused me to give up on my dream of learning to ride a really decent horse well and not just amble along on a riding school horse. I have the most wonderful instructors now and I am learning so much. My tip to the proprietor of Team Green is not to judge a book by its cover, be kind to your staff and try to inspire confidence in your pupils rather than destroy it. I imagine she will reply that I didn’t last 5 minutes at the livery yard I went to (her friend’s) which is true but that is another story which I won’t go into here.

This is an amazing facility with excellent care and training.

Absolutely recommend for livery and rehabilitation not just for my horse but for me too its been a great experience for me to have such confidence to ride my boy as he can be quite a handful thanks to team green for taking so much care with my boy when I was so poorly this was the first time I have never had to worry thanks again xxx
