Driver 45 minutes late. Called 10 minutes before start time to say he had misjudged journey" and had had a "late night". His manager called as children were arriving to say he would give full refund. Of course that refund has not materialised. Avoid this company at all costs. Would give no stars but google don't give you that option.Dear JohnYour response to this review is disingenuous. You gave an unequivocal assurance by phone of a full refund. That has not happened (despite my follow up emails to Ms Owen and Ms Rice). The mobile phone message which I received from Ms Rice yesterday and the brief email I received from Ms Rice today made it clear that that was not going to happen. It is bad enough that you put parents in the position of being 45 minutes late with only 10 minutes' notice but to treat them in this shoddy way afterwards is inexcusable."

I booked Game Wagon for my son's 8th birthday party and it was absolutely brilliant! All the kids enjoyed themselves and were thoroughly entertained by the best amount of games available. The operator from the company was polite, arrived on time and was interactive with the kids. Best party ever! Thank you Game Wagon.

Absolutely the best party ever! I booked Gamewagon for my sons 9th Birthday. We had 10 kids to entertain and everyone of them loved the party. My son wants another Gamewagon party for his 10th!! Thank you and a big thank you to Sam as well, he was fantastic with the kids!!

The experience with Gamewagon, from start to finish, was fantastic.My questions before booking were answered quickly (thanks to Julie) and the booking procedure was straightforward. I was kept informed in the run-up to our party and told in advance who our GEM would be (aka. the Gaming Guru!).On the morning of the party, Chris texted to say he would be with us at 6pm (in time for a 6.30pm start). He arrived on time, got set-up, and then took charge of fifteen very excited 8-year-old boys... no easy task!Chris was FANTASTIC! Obviously very experienced with kids. We loved how he kept control of the kids, whilst encouraging them to get really involved with the games. Our birthday boy was made to feel very special.The whole process was so easy and stress-free that we felt like we were cheating! I even enjoyed a glass of fizz in the house (peace and quiet) whilst we could hear the kids cheering in the bus.We had lots of compliments from other parents (and lots of them poking their nose into the bus to see what the kids were up to). ALL the kids had a fantastic time.My son has said he wants Gamewagon and Chris for his 9th Birthday.Finally, here's a direct quote from one of the guests (sent to me via text after the party by his mum)... XXXX said it was awesome and when I asked how good it was - 'You just have no idea of how good it was!! So good!!'Thanks to all at Gamewagon. Best party, EVER!

Great way to keep the Kids entertained for a birthday party and the fun of having a party bus just makes it more exciting.Had the pleasure of dealing with Lewis on the day top guy kept the kids happy and entertained. Top service at a good price defo booking again for next year!

Impossible to get refund out of company. Party cancelled due to lockdown in November have called 3 times told someone will get back to me. They never do and still no refund 2 months later!

We hired the gaming van for my sons 10th birthday. Josh arrived early to set up the van and even helped me with my decorations as I was a bit stressed with venue issues. He was friendly and polite, and ensured the kids were happy throughout the hire time. My son said he really enjoyed his birthday and we will definitely recommend your company to friends and family. Thank you again ☺️

Chris at GameWagon gave my 9 year old and his friends a fantastic party. Great fun for any age group. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t thank jules enough! She was a great host especially looking after fifteen ten year old boys, my son has a wonderful time for his 10th birthday. Would highly recommend 5*!
