First and last time I will be ordering from Margo's ordered 2 donna meat and chips at 17:40 said 30-50 minutes for delivery 2 hours later it arrives after a phone call asking where my food was.When it arrived, yes it was hot but the meat was dry as cardboard and the chips were near enough burnt. It was over all not very nice meal and I will be going back to my old shop from now on.

First time ordering from here.Order was made fresh and was ready in a little over 10 mins. Little disappointed in the piri piri chicken, could do with a bit more of a kick. Salad was nice and fresh and chips were tasty but a bit limp. Will definitely order again.

Every time I order from this place there is something missing or wrong with it! I keep on giving them another chance hoping it'll arrive correctly but it doesn't. Very unapologetic on the phone. Terribly run kebab shop. Such a shame

Just had a chicken shish with chips. Best kebab in Braintree by far. The chips were chunky, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and not a trace of any grease or oil. My daughter and wife were well happy with theirs too. Oh and it was delivered within half an hour. Fantastic stuff

The Food is good, but be prepared to wait for at least an hour. We usually order the deal that includes a Donna, Pizza, Butger etc - however we have currently wait 1hr 30 and still no sign of food. This is the last time we will order as there are similar deals in Braintree, with much less wait time (we have ordered 4 times and each time it has been over 1hr 20).

Sat 6 March, ordered Lamb shish kebab and chips for 6pm. Delivery should have been 7pm FINALLY arrived at 8pm.2 hrs to cook a shish kebab is ridiculous!!And the chips are absolutely GROSS.Oh and by the way we ended up with CHICKEN!My advice... Go elsewhere

Ordered via Deliveroo.... Firstly, the order was late (this is the second time now) The breaded mushrooms were over cooked and tasted like the oil used to cook them was old. The bottle of Pepsi was flat. The lamb was over cooked and so dry. The chips were overcooked and oily. The pizzas tasted strange, like the dough was not fresh before making. The Nuggets tasted like they'd also been cooked in old oil. Plus, it was all cold. Everything to be honest was very bad and was basically put straight in the bin. considering spent over £50 is not acceptable. As I said this is the second time I ordered from them and it was late, again but I thought I'd give them a chance, after this never again.

Terrible!! Ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a burned, warm cheese pizza that looked like it came out the freezer. Cheesy chips were a dreadful soggy mess. Tried calling but no answer.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this was the most vile pizza I have ever tasted. It’s gone in the bin. Tasted like it had been deep fried, the base was dripping in oil. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money.
