The coaches are attentive and knowledgeable, whether you’re a pro or a novice, they make sure you have the right form and technique with each movement.I always leave feeling like I’ve had a great workout. The programming is so varied that you’re working almost every muscle in your body each class.I have a new found confidence and I’m very proud to say that I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in and the best part is I still eat what I want!

Everything about this gym is flawless. The coaches, the programming, the people and of course the bright, colourful and clean box itself. Everything is so smoothly run, you don't even notice it - props to the owner and the wicked team of coaches.I had never heard of CrossFit before but this box made it the easiest decision I ever made to join. I never thought it would be possible to find classes that require no motivation whatsoever to come everyday! You'll just want to go!

Fantastic community in the gym, everyone is very welcoming and nice. Coaches are very knowledgeable and able to scale movements that you can do and account for any injuries or niggles.If you want to get fit and healthy and be pushed out of your comfort zone to achieve things you didn't know you could do then this is the place to go.Highly recommend!

3 years I've started CrossFit and everyday I think that was the best decision I made. The set up is impressive, the coach team and the members, all very friendly, great atmosphere. Very professional and from beginner to athlete level.Very tough sport though, but not bored of it vs. Normal gyms. Really happy with joining, the coaches are always available, on going coaching throughout.I can only recommend! And everyone makes new friendships here.

CFL is such an amazing gym, the coaches are great and professional, the members are nice and welcoming and the workouts are well structured and fun! I was a member for over a year while living in the area and it was the best decision I've made. My only regret was not having joined this place earlier!

Best CrossFit gym I’ve ever been too! Love everything about it. Clean, tidy and organised. Detailed movement demos for all workouts. Incredibly inclusive - no matter what your ability. Experienced fun coaches who actually care about your form and progress. ❤️

What can I say? How amazing the coaches are? How supportive other members are? What about the amazing transformations that take place there? Maybe the fun atmosphere? Well, it is all of these and so much more..The best place I have trained in over 30 years...and I've been to a lot of gyms.

CFL has a fantastic, welcoming atmosphere, supportive coaches, and some amazing members. If you want to get fit, learn to lift weights, and make some new friends you couldn't find a better place to come to. I wish I had joined years ago.

Easily the best gym or functional fitness facility in the Stratford/Warwick/Leam area! The attention to detail is outstanding, with fun experienced coaches who all know your name and provide guidance on CrossFit movements based on your unique individual needs. The gym is also airy and spotlessly clean, with tonnes of the best rigs, barbells and plates you could possibly need. It look me a while to join as I though CrossFit wasnt for me, but the CFL experience is very much a VIP one and you'll feel part of the family before you know it.

I have visited CrossFit Leamington Spa a handful of times over the last few years (living out of town). Having crossfitted on-and-off for more than 10 years it's one of the best boxes to which I have been. It has good coaching and coaches, and a friendly community. The work is challenging but caters to a range of abilities, there is plenty of space and equipment, and culture is low on ego.
