Paul was completely amazing. He was flexible, listened to our requirements, did everything possible to ensure that our motorbikes were safe, carefully transported and delivered. To top it all, he's an incrediy nice guy who would do anything he could to make it easier for you as a client.

Bought my bike from a dealer in Alyesbury and Black Dog delivered it to my home in Bristol. Great communication and kept updated when the bike was collected; the van was en route; ETA for Bristol etc.The bike was very well secured and further protected with foam padding, all arriving in A1 condition. I would definitely use them again.

Paul moved my motorbike from Paignton to Southend on Sea. His van has all the required equipment to safely load bikes in to the back and keep them steady whilst in transit. Arrived on time as promised and kindly waited for us as it took us an hour or so longer to arrive. Bike delivered safe and sound. Great guy, very easy to get on with. Highly recommended.

I'm reviewing Black Dog not as a customer but as the seller of the bike that Black Dog's customer had purchased.Buying/selling at a distance is not easy but Black Dog were amazing in the service they offered, documenting the condition of the bike and loading it and covering it during transport. They reassured me that they wouldn't load until I had confirmed payment and once delivery had been made they got a signed receipt on my behalf. I wouldn't hesitate to use Black Dog Transport again.

Paul delivered my new motorcycle from Cornwall to Chichester. He's an absolute professional - he called the day before to tell me his plans for departure and arrival times, to check it fitted in with me. On the delivery day he also updated me when he'd picked the bike up and when he was an hour away. The bike was delivered in perfect condition!
