I bought a 2 1/2 yard sewn Union Jack Flag, suposedly the best available, it took over 4 weeks to arrive and in less than 11 months on the flagpole it has fadded to a purple colour and the ' rope and toggle' has disintergrated. I live in the North of England so hardley the strong sunshine can be to blame, and it has only been washed at 30 degrees twice. I have attempted to contact them and they ignore my messages. I purchased it from them on their ebay shop site, but after 3 months on ebay you have no come back. I would not recommend this product or Southcoast Flags if this is typical of their customer service.

These guys are great. After searching for a festival flag pole and accessories for a festival I finally came across these guys. Needed at short notice, I ordered on a Monday evening and it arrived on the Wednesday. Could not find a kit anywhere for a better price. Amazing service

Communication is poor with this company and it's clear things are a disorganised. However they did finally get the flags to me after a while and they are reasonable quality for the price. Hence I update my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Ordered two flagpoles from South Coast Flagpoles for Glastonbury since I didn't want to take a chance on random Amazon products. Unfortunately I left ordering to the last minute, so I had to call to ask if they could quickly dispatch the items to me. I got helpful advice on which flagpoles were suitable and the item was dispatched the next day for overnight shipping! Great product, great service.

Darren was very helpful and waited patiently while I bought my purchase, as my phone was not loading correctly. He Explained all about the rules for marine flags and I would highly recommend to use their service.
