First time I've used this pharmacy and what a joy.Professional, polite, super-efficient and no problems asking for advice from the Pharmacist.Well done to all the staff.Second time I visited the pharmacy. They were having a delivery and very busy, it was lunch time, but without hesitation they interrupted the delivery to attend to me.Just can't fault them. This is what customer service is all about.

Very lovely team. Understanding as I was in a flap (went on holiday leaving tablets at home). I had called my gp for an emergency Rx and they sent it to my regular Pharmacy but Rudgwick answered their phones quickly when called, looked out for my Prescription and called me when it was there. Very proactive, very friendly, great communication. My Prescription was ready when I arrived. We all had a laugh in the end!

Marvelous place! Lovely assistants and pharmacist - I'm a visitor to Rudgwick, and had a prescription sent electronically to the pharmacy....my surgery was late issuing it, and the assistants looked out for it and it was ready to collect when I arrived at the pharmacy - they had kindly offered to call me when it arrived , but I declined the kind offer, as I could check on my phone app....but how thoughtful to be willing to do that !Also, I was amazed that Eddie had the item in stock, because even large branches of Boots normally have to order it in !Wonderful service!Thank you
