Rude incompetence & lack of care taken in every aspect of dealing with people.The worst experience apart from the child support agency.These people have managed to lose documents and court papers. Costing me £275 for the privilege. There is no process for appeal. You can email them to complain about poor service, but they have not contacted me with an explanation after 5 days .Always keep a copy of anything you send them as they are so Unprofessional.

Absolutely useless online service, typical of the Public Service's incompetences in delivering online services. I've just spent 2 hours writing a defense in a clunky form that's almost unusable. Upon completion I hit save" for me to be logged out and all the typed data lost. However

This service is fine providing the debtor crumbles upon receipt of the statutory demand and pays. However, if they do not and you need to pursue the debt further, this service is awful. It does not matter what time of the day you ring for assistance you get stuck in a never ending queue. If that's not bad enough the staff have a total lack of legal knowledge. I can see why small businesses like the idea of using this route because solicitors fees are ridiculous.If only they could hire some staff with a small amount of legal knowledge, this could be turned into a really good service.

BEWARE using this service – like so much about HM judiciary and courts system it is not fit for purpose. After a week of carefully putting together an online claim, I pressed enter to go to the next page and ..... was taken to the home log in page, everything lost. When I phoned and emailed to see if my claim could be salvaged no one bothered to reply. Fact is the governement isn't interested in providing justice for the little person – only those who can afford lawyers. If you do decide to file a claim, do so on paper and then chase, chase, chase again to check the court where you have filed your claim hasn't lost it. LIke I said, the whole system needs an overhaul as it is not fit for purpose.

My claim is pretty clear cut, I paid £410 to lodge via Money Claim Online so I didn't have to go through the costly legal representation. They took my money and have done nothing for 7 months! They don't answer emails and spend hours on the phone waiting for a human to assist you.

Emailed confirmation to mediation service 20/12/2018 have not received any feedback so totally in the dark if my emailed received or not. Tried telephoning but 30 minute queue so gave up. I tried to get an update online but could not locate any information despite following the guide.This is not a user friendly service so not suitable as a public service. The old paper system was slow but worked. If anyone is thinking of using the online service good luck. I hope that your experience is better than mine. This needs to be re-thought and a more efficient system installed. I would not give it a single star but forced to give it a one star or review not posted.My opinion, as an accountant, the online system is pretty rubbish.

simply the most backward service EVER! I received the paper work filled it in, declared all my out goings and the reason why ! wrote a letter of apology to the Claimant to attach also. emailed all to them, went back on the online portal read i had not responded in the time line and words mentioning CCJ, over 40 minutes in a phone line queue to see why the online portal was saying this?. To be spoken to in a most derogatory manner, i was told that they have no control over the portal that they used to send the forms for me to fill in its the way the system is , however that they can confirm that they have received the forms via the email they told me to send them to, when i asked why the portal could not be updated to say this as this is the way i was contacted. I was told this is how it is!! when i said i did not really understand or am happy with just a verbal response & the portal mentioning CCJ and could i have conformation of receipt, i was asked why i did not understand ! Then the whole conversation was repeated back to me in a slow monotone, and i was told abruptly that this is how it is and if i was not happy with the portal contact that company myself! i could not believe it!!!Today i called them back as i went on the portal to find i could no longer access it, i spent 45 mins in a queue waiting to speak to some one about this situation, i spoke to lovely lady this time thank goodness but whom explained yes my paper work was forwarded off & for me to receive the answer i was to contact the claimant by phone. I said i really dont understand this system, why have you not contacted the claimant, you are acting as a mediator in between us, i was told that all they do is send the forms out via the portal that they have no control over! then forward them to the claimant and that is it ???? I was and am flabbergasted ! here i am chasing up a debt that i do owe to be told we dont take the matter further unless they refuse your offer of payment , but we dont know if they do refuse the payment offer as we never follow it up or request a timeline for the response back. why i said when you put me on a timeline to respond? i was told they are not mediators that they work for the government the queen i was told, they are employed by the HMCPS ? but can not access the file of my case! cannot follow up the information sent! will put a CCJ against me if my monthly amount is refused! and that they have no legal experience!. The telephone agent then said they are a help desk !!!Firstly i am going to make a complaint to the company & through resolver!. i simply cannot see what the point of this county court business center online court , it is totally useless, i cant even imagine how it must be for the Claimant whom i am at least trying to pay!, i never refused to pay my bill it was unfortunate circumstances of no fault of my own, which has put me in contact with this very disturbing non functioning system! save yourself the time and by pass them with a very wide berth. i dont even understand their function or system and from the two lengthy phone calls either do they !!! simply shocking

The star is for the person who answered the phone and was helpful. The missing fours stars are for the 18 minute wait to get through, the fact that I only needed to call because of their mistake and one each for the extra four months delay that mistake has created. Woops, that's five empty stars.........Dear Google, can you please make your ratings out of six :P

Been 4yrs and still nothing has ever been sent confirming what's actually happening, spent 100s on this claim and the traders are still getting away with the corruption

Simply awful experience. Staff are not helpful and you spend so much time holding on the phone to speak with a representative. No one responds to emails either.Really a total waste of time. I placed a claim a year ago and it is still pending. Literally an abysmal service
