Recent experiences with this agency have been deeply disappointing, particularly in regard to my mother's pension situation. She was retired on Ill health and they have done nothing but pass her from pillar to post. 7 months later, they continue to be a shambles. It's disheartening to see government resources seemingly going to waste on agencies that don't effectively serve their purpose. More transparency and accountability are urgently needed.

Seriously poor experience. Have tried to call three times this week and left messages. Have been asked to go through the system to make an appointment but the system isn't working. I've mentioned this on the voice message and email in. Also made a video to show that the system won't allow appointments to be made.Business use this service to get support for staff. There is no support or care. Will be reporting back to my employer how bad this experience has been.
