Steve is a great coach. I am a novice climber and he was able to help me to gain in confidence and try to push myself. I came away from the session with a clear plan of how to warm up on and off the wall and then a useful way to begin my climbing trying a variety of holds to simply focus on moving smoothly. Steve filmed the session so that he could talk me through my movement and suggest improvements. I would definitely recommend Steve as a climbing coach.

I have been climbing for 26 years and have climbed to a reasonable trad standard but I joined Steve Winslow's coaching session because I was interested to see if I could learn anything new - and I did! Great tips on how to warm up really well, how to use a climbing wall to train effectively and how to tackle some of those areas I have always struggled with, like dynamic moves and hard rockovers. Highly recommended, esp if you can book him for a small group or for individual coaching.
