MCB Pencil Portraits
I asked Mike to do a pencil portrait from a photograph of my daughter and her baby son for her 40th birthday and the finished article was absolutely beautiful ....my son in law couldn't believe it had been done with 'just pencils'.Apart from the quality of the portrait and the frame the whole process was so easy from start to finish - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone, in fact a very dear friend has already asked for his details

I contacted Mike a few months ago to commission a pencil portrait for a friend's 50th! My friend has recently lost his beloved dog and I thought it would be a lovely present. Communication with Mike was extremely easy and efficient and he kept me posted on timelines and progression. Needless to say the final result was incredible. I felt totally overwhelmed with emotion at the likeness and detail and cannot wait to give it to my friend.

I reached out to Mike when I was looking for someone to sketch a photo of my partner and his mum who had passed away. I wanted to give the sketch to my partner as his wedding gift on the morning of our wedding. I needed this to be perfect and Mike did not disappoint. I didn’t give Mike much notice as I reached out to him 2 weeks before my wedding and asked if he would do it for me and send it out to me in time for my wedding day. He absolutely did and the sketch could not have been more special. The detail and accuracy of the sketch was incredible. My partner was in tears when he saw it. Thank you Mike! I would highly recommend Mike’s work!

Very pleased with my landscape drawing, Mike wasn't able to deliver by the date he originally hoped to but he kept in regular contact with me so I was aware and still managed to get it to me on time. Unfortunately one corner was slightly creased - I think the envelope must have landed on it when postman put through our letterbox - luckily it's only minor but I'd recommend Mike consider using a little more padding to protect his work.

I explained to Mike I needed a double portrait done at short notice as a gift for my dad for mums 2nd year memorial anniversary and his response was quick and courteous. The portrait was completed a day before the expected date and was shipped very quickly. I got it the next day after completing my purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone wanting a professional portrait done. He is extremely talented and left out no details of the photo he was drawing. It actually brought tears to my dads eyes when I gave it to him! Thank you so much Mike!
