Needhams Windows

Had a door fitted yesterday.Had to have someone out to spray it and replace the handle as it fell over when the fitter was fitting it and damaged it.The trim was missing and the door knocker had to be fitted as they weren’t done by the guy fitting the door as he said he had forgotten his drill ?The door knocker as you can see is sitting at an angle at the bottom because of the lug you can see on the back plates .( all this needs is a hole to be drilled for it to sit in to stop it spinning )Tom at Needhams informs me that the engineer says this is normal and it’s ok for the knocker to be loose and turn through 360 degrees…Tom also informs me that they can’t fit trim to the top of the door either to match the sides.Not happy …So, just had a lovely guy out to sort the knocker, yes it was fitted wrong and will be back to add a trim to the top..Shame it wasn’t done in the first place.. this is what stresses people out.All said and done I’ll leave a 5 star for theirpromptness in resolving the problems their fitters created..

Just had our conservatory installed by Needham's. We can only praise the quality of the workmanship. The guys who did the base and brickwork did an excellent job. The guy who did the windows was superb. We would recommend Needham's to anyone looking for a new conservatory.

Delighted with our new roof.added to the conservatory built by Needhams 5 years ago. It makes the room an all year round usable area after the heatwave last Summer and very cold days last Winter.Many thanks for a good job well done. My mum and dad had a door fitted in 2018 and it's 2023 now and had nothing but problems with the frame being twisted door warped and gaps where daylight and draughts come through ,still not fixed and they won't replace going to ring fenca

Had a new door fitted a couple of days ago. Really lovely friendly people kept us updated on what was happening. Chap who came was professional and friendly. Great job would highly recommend them.

Very impressed. I purchased a front door nearly 10 years ago. Fab service and great door. After 9 years and 10 months it had got a bit draughty and true to their word, they sent someone out for free to adjust it!As a result, I'm going back for a quote for the upgrade to the rest of the house.Couldn't ask for better service. They did a porch for me and changed some uPVC windows. The porch door has had issues since day one and the issue has not been sorted, though they came to sort it out once. One window has condensation. I called them to change it but they say the guarantee does not include the glasses!!! avoid these scam business at all cost.

Steve and Jason fitted a number of windows for us today, they were brilliant. The windows look great, Steve had to fit a lintel which was in a tight spot. It also looks great. Would I recommend them definitely, all my windows are Needhams. The original windows were installed by Needhams circa 35 years ago and we chose to replace them for security rather than wear and tear. Good product.

I had a conservatory recently installed by Needhams windows and I am very pleased with the conservatory. I have had all my windows and door done by needhams and was very impressed with the high quality off double glazing and units. The whole house has Needham windows and door. The after care provided by Needhams has been outstanding and would never use any other double glazing company Needhams is the best for quality and after care by far. Thank you Paul sharma :)
