Highbury Design

Highbury Design were instructed to design a large property conversion from equestrian use to a residential dwelling. Highbury designed the layout and design we wanted quite quickly. Unfortunately, Highbury Design service then fell off the wagon after planning approval had be gained (with a 3rd party consultant as Highbury lack the necessary planning knowledge), with £30k plus on design and technical fees, ‘Gary’ hung us out to dry during the construction process and on the final building control ‘sign off’ process with his poor service and lack of timely responses. This resulted in increased project costs and time delays. Tread carefully with this practice !
