Just ordered 2 slices of brown toast. They were in an insulated pouch which was too small so couldn't be closed. Into the pouch was added my plastic knife and 4 packs of butter.By the time I got back to my desk the butter was hotter than the toast. It all went in the bin.I did try to call but no answer and the 'contact us' option is faulty.

Would've given no star given the option, not all staff but the young man there today, absolutely disgusting customer service, i have my arm in a splint bought two coffes and when i asked for a double cup holder it was if it was to much trouble to go to the back and get them as he through the cup holder on the counter towards me and left me to struggle with one hand to put the cups of hot coffee in the holder, it wasn't busy and three staff on the counter, if it's to much trouble to help customers in a retail/food service job" don't do it. Good job i was at the hospital if I'd scalded myself."

Bloody expensive. Quite disorganised. Staff don't pay attention to minor details like giving you serviettes. Rubbish all over tables at weekend everything served as takeaway articles. No normal tea for over a week. Needs a bit of management attention, quite poor operation. On the high Street this would be punished.

Flat white wasnt very hot wasnt the way a flat white should be, egg mayo sandwich dry didnt eat it total waste of moneyStaff too busy chatting so took ages to get servedI wont use this costa again

It can get busy in here. At one point the queue was out t the door. It could do with a few more serving behind the counter. Staff were however super friendly and helpful.

Carrot cake served in/on a paper bag with a plastic fork. Toasted teacake and butter served together in a cardboard packet, making it very difficult to spread the butter as it was a melting puddle.All hot drinks served in disposable cups and water served in one-use plastic glasses.This Costa doesn't use reusable crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. as they don't have a dishwasher and haven't had one for at least a year! How can the owner of this franchise (?) justify this?The amount of waste produced in this Costa must be phenomenal, as it's a very busy cafe. I'm not sure how much waste is recycled, but all the waste from tables (that customers seem to have to clear themselves) goes into one bin, and I suspect it all then goes into a central general waste bin.Very poor Costa, you must do a lot better!

Worst Costa Coffee shop on the planet. Dirty tables, filthy floors, dust an inch think on light fittings, rude staff (throwing drinks at customers) no crockery, no cutlery, paper cups but only small ones, no decaf AND THIS IS IN A HOSPITAL FILLED WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE. Disgusting. SHUT IT DOWN.

Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Large white hot chocolate with cream and mallows is perfect when finished visiting
